The improvement of the labor market, management, expansion foreign direct investment, etc., all play a key role in economic development Western Balkans. main purpose this study is to analyze and compare trends employment, unemployment, gross domestic product (GDP), investment (FDI), market management effects on employment Balkans (Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia) between 2015 2019. However, evidence for FDI’s impact mixed (Navaretti & Venables, 2004). In terms methodology, comparative empirical analyses strength correlation dependent variable independent FDI countries have been conducted. Based analyses, rate six Balkan 2019 has improved when compared 2018, except where it declined. This will contribute enhance understanding
